Chypre Fragrances

You will find some fragrances that we carry are categorized as "chypres".

What exactly is a chypre scent? It is one of the most popular and classic types of fragrance; and is characterized as a blend of complex notes. For example, it is not "sweet" of "floral" - but a combination of citrus, florals and woody moss notes.

It was made popular by Francois Coty in 1917 and continues to be an excellent - and classic - choice today.
