We want you to feel confident when choosing a scent—after all, fragrance is personal! That’s why every full-size perfume comes with a small tester vial, so you can try it before opening the sealed bottle.

If the scent isn’t for you, no problem! Just send the unopened full-size bottle back within 60 days of purchase. As long as the box is still sealed, we’re happy to process a return.

If you love the scent (we hope you do!), go ahead and open the bottle and enjoy!

Shipping Made Simple

We do our best to get your order out the door quickly—most packages ship within 2 business days, with a 5 - 8 day shipping window. Many orders will arrive within a week; however, we are a small batch, artisan brand, and some special releases may take up to a week to process (7 day turnaround time prior to shipping). 

We ship via Economy USPS or UPS, (5 - 8 days) and offer a low flat rate Shipping fee of $5.99

Where are you located and where will my product ship from?

We are located on the shores of beautiful Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country. All of our custom blend products are designed or curated, hand blended, and shipped from our workshop in Marble Falls, TX, or our studio in San Antonio, TX.  

Planning to gift Cypress Cove for a special date or holiday?

We love being part of your meaningful moments, especially around the holidays. If you’re thinking about giving one of our perfumes as a gift, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks  early to make sure it arrives on time.

We do our part to ship quickly, but once your package is with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it’s in their hands. Ordering ahead gives you peace of mind—and one less thing to stress about.
